​South Coast Microgreens

Contents:

• 1 growing tray with holes
  
• 1 bottom tray without holes
  
• 1 tray lid
  
• 4 seed packets (1 ea. arugula, broccoli, kale & mustard)
  
• 4 flags
  
• coconut fiber “soil”

Instructions:

1. Remove and recycle lid.
2. Remove bottom tray to soak and drain the coconut fiber “soil” 3 times.
3. Sprinkle each seed packet into its own section.
4. Place the corresponding flag into each section.
5. Place growing tray into the bottom tray.
6. Place your kit in a sunny location.
7. Spritz with water twice daily to keep tray moist.
8. Grow for 7-10 days until approx. 3 inches tall.
9. Harvest your microgreens with sharp scissors.
